These Terms & Conditions apply to quotes, orders, services, and communications provided by BDVG Inc., doing business as Blue Dragon Signs ("Blue Dragon Signs," "we," or "us"), 904 6th Street, Holly Hill, Florida 32117. By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using bluedragonsigns.com, you agree to these terms.

Quotes, Orders, and Payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Production begins after artwork approval and any required deposit. Prices, taxes, and shipping or installation charges are shown on your quote or invoice. Balances are due as stated on your invoice.

Artwork and Proofs

You are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs for spelling, layout, sizing, and color before production. You confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, or images you provide. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed materials.

Custom Products, Changes, and Returns

Because our products are custom made, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except for defects in materials or workmanship reported within 7 days of pickup or delivery. Changes requested after approval may affect price and timing.

SMS Terms

Program: BDVG Inc. dba Blue Dragon Signs sends customer-care text messages to customers who opt in, including responses to inquiries, quote and order updates, artwork proofs, project status updates, pickup, delivery, and installation scheduling, and customer-support messages.

Opt-in: You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts when you request a quote, place an order, or contact us in person or by phone. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
