Specifications
3.4-mil white calendered vinyl with permanent gray acrylic adhesive and air-release channels to help trapped air escape during application. Finished with a 3-mil clear gloss laminate that helps protect the print against UV exposure, moisture, and abrasion.
Ideal for flat indoor and outdoor signs, retail promotions, trade-show displays, and compatible smooth wall graphics. Base vinyl is rated for up to 3 years of exterior exposure; actual printed life varies with sunlight, weather, surface preparation, and care.
Artwork setup
Supply a single-page PDF or JPEG in CMYK at the ordered size. Use 150 dpi for raster artwork, outline fonts and omit crop marks and bleed.
Installation
